The Shipping conundrum
Our problem in being able to estimate shipping in a general sense stems from the fact that Niles Bio ships such a wide variety of items to so many locations. Live specimens must arrive at their location in one to two days, whereas preserved material or other laboratory supplies are not perishable and their delivery speed is entirely up to the customer. Most of our products are shipped from Sacramento California. Give us a call and we will calculate your shipping estimate. Please note on live shipments, there are times that the shipping costs can be significantly higher than the specimen costs. In 2020 with COVID-19 all of the carriers have suspended their "time in transit" guarantee. Now in 2021 this is continuing. We have modified our live guarantee accordingly. Please ask for details.
